Packing Instructions

Bring enough clothes for the entire week. Laundry facilities are NOT available.
Expect a week of dirt, sweat, paint, and tar. Do not pack your favorite shirt or best jeans.

DO NOT BRING VALUABLES.

Be sure to pack: Optional items:
Bible cot or air mattresspersonal tools (see below)
personal toiletries      work clothes/coveralls          songs, musical instruments
towels & washcloths  rain gear      devotional material
showering shoeslight jacket   flashlight
sleeping bag      hat       pen and paper
pillow swimsuit      fans
insect repellent  sunscreen    clothesline
           
Tools to bring:
Hammer                           Goggles
Utility Knife                       Nail Apron
Gloves                              Flat Head and Phillips Screwdrivers
Measuring Tape                 Pencils/Paper
Identify your tools - put your name on them in some way
Put everything in an old backpack or sack to transport to the job site

Oct 1st @ 7:30pm - UMW Meeting - ASP Presentation of 2009 Slideshow.  Come and share your stories.

Oct 3rd @ 9:00am to 3:00pm - CAR WASH

Oct 4th @ 10:45am to 11:45am - Kick-off meeting at
Denville Community Church (DCC)  If you are interested in attending ASP in 2010  or  would just like to learn more about ASP, please plan to attend this Kick Off Meeting. Come view our 2009 Slideshow. Pizza fundraiser Kick Off

Oct 4th through Oct 25th - Pizza Sales
All orders must be turned in by Oct 25th

Nov 1st @ 9:00am - David Bryant, ASP Director of Philantrophy to address congregation
ASP Monthly meeting @ 10:45 to 11:45am
Bring signed Covenant and initial $100 payment

Nov 7th @ 9:00am to 3:00pm - CAR WASH
      
Nov 19th - Pizza's delivered to DCC.
Pick up Pizza's after 4:00pm

  Prayer and Goodbye 6:15 to 6:30AM (No Waiting)

ASP Return Date: July 18th
